October 2026 Workshop—The Art of Cake Decorating

Come learn how to elegantly decorate a cake during this hands-on workshop focused on mastering the piping bag, precision of movement, and composition.

For this autumn workshop, you will decorate a spiced pumpkin, apple, and miso caramel cake.

Your cake will be prepared in advance so that we can dedicate the entire workshop to decorating. I will guide you through various piping techniques and support you in creating your own design.

• Demonstration of basic piping bag techniques
• Practice using piping techniques
• Control of pressure and movement
• Use of different piping tips
• Creating borders and decorative details
• Tips for creating a balanced and harmonious design
• Individual guidance during the decorating process
• Decorating and personalizing your own cake

Each participant will be able to work at their own pace, with advice suited to their skill level.

No prior experience is necessary.

Cancellation policy

Due to the preparation required for each participant, registrations are non-refundable within 48 hours of the workshop.

Any cancellation request received more than 48 hours before the workshop may be refunded. Transaction fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by notifying us in advance.

If Sonya Sammut cancels the workshop, you will receive a full refund.
