Description:
Autumn has arrived, and it’s the perfect time to indulge in warm flavors with a touch of elegance. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn to make a moist Hojicha cake filled with pear jelly, a Hojicha cream, and hazelnut whipped ganache—my signature twist of Asian flavor reimagined for autumn. This cake contains pork gelatin.
Level: Beginner (adults only or children 14 years and older with a parent).
Language: English or French
During the classes, you will:
1 - Bake a sponge cake base with Hojicha.
2 - Watch a demonstration of the garnishes.
3- Watch a demonstration of hazelnut whipped ganache.
4- Assemble your own cake with all the elements.
6- Decorate your own cake, use and learn how to work with pastry bags and tips.

Each person has their own cake to take home that serves 6-8 people.

Prepaid orders will be refunded if the 48-hour rule has been respected. Orders placed online, by phone, or purchased in-store cannot be exchanged for other products and are final sales.
