Sacher torte

Description:

The Sacher Tort is our signature cake, which is an Austrian recipe dating back to the 18th century. My recipe is modernized and consists of a classic Sacher sponge cake, whipped dark chocolate ganache (70% St-Domingue), marinated apricots, chocolate crumble, and chocolate mirror glaze. The cake contains pork gelatin.

Nut-free and alcohol-free products. Contains eggs, gluten, dairy products, and pork gelatin. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, and sesame seeds.

Storage:

Keep the cake in the refrigerator until serving. It lasts for 3 days. We strongly recommend buying your cake on the day it will be enjoyed.
