Description:
The Sacher Tort is our signature cake, which is an Austrian recipe dating back to the 18th century. My recipe is modernized and consists of a classic Sacher sponge cake, whipped dark chocolate ganache (70% St-Domingue), marinated apricots, chocolate crumble, and chocolate mirror glaze. The cake contains pork gelatin.
