Lambeth style cake with vanilla chiffon, pastry cream with lychee and whipped ganache with lemongrass. For decoration, maraschino cherries, lots of vintage piping, and edible dried flowers.

Conservation:

Store the cake in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Keeps for 3-4 days. We strongly recommend purchasing your cake on the day it will be enjoyed.
